You cannot buy anything on this website. There is no cart, no card form and no payment page here. Every order is placed and completed in a WhatsApp conversation with us. Prices and product pages on this site are an invitation to start that conversation, not a binding offer.
When an order exists
An order exists only once two things have happened: we have confirmed in chat that the jar is available and that we can deliver to your pincode, and you have paid. Until both are true there is no order and nothing is reserved for you. A message saying you would like a jar is not an order, and we will not treat it as one.
Price and availability
The price shown on a product page is the MRP printed on the jar, inclusive of all taxes. Courier charges are separate and at actuals. Both are confirmed with you in chat before you pay. If a price on this site is wrong, we will tell you the correct price before taking payment rather than honour an error.
Seasonal and sold-out reality
This is a home kitchen, not a factory. Jars are made in small batches and some products depend on the season. A product being listed here does not mean it is in stock today. If a jar is sold out we will say so and tell you when the next batch is expected. We will not take your money for something we cannot pack.
What we promise about the food
We promise that what is on the label is what is in the jar: the ingredients listed, the net quantity stated, made and packed by us in Virugambakkam. We make no health, medicinal, probiotic or nutritional-benefit claims of any kind. Best-before is 45 days from packing, hand-marked on your jar. Refrigerate after opening and always use a clean, dry spoon.
Your responsibilities
Give us an accurate delivery address and pincode, and a phone number you actually answer — couriers use both. Check the ingredient list before ordering if you avoid any ingredient. Once a jar is delivered, storing it as directed is yours to do.
If something goes wrong
Shipping, damage, replacement and refund terms are set out on the Shipping and returns page and apply as written there. Nothing on this page reduces any right you have under Indian consumer law.
